Digital Applications Administrator (Banking Sector) Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Digital Applications Administrator with a strong background in banking environments to manage, support, and optimize enterprise digital platforms deployed on Red Hat OpenShift.
Key Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in application administration and middleware support.</li>
<li>Strong expertise in:
<ul>
<li>Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts</li>
<li>DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab)</li>
<li>IBM API Connect, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ</li>
<li>IBM DataPower, CP4I, CP4D</li>
<li>REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, API Gateways</li>
<li>Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK Stack</li>
<li>Red Hat Linux, Apache, Shell Scripting</li>
<li>SSL/TLS, Security Hardening, Vulnerability Management</li>
<li>Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Performance Tuning</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience with deployment management, incident handling, monitoring, patching, and system administration.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and audit compliance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Redis administration is an advantage.</li>
<li>Banking industry experience is mandatory.</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Administer and support mission-critical digital applications and integration platforms.</li>
<li>Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure service availability.</li>
<li>Manage deployments, upgrades, patching, and security hardening.</li>
<li>Maintain disaster recovery environments and business continuity readiness.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with operational, security, and audit requirements.</li>
</ul>
