<h3>Role Overview</h3>
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Consultant / Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong functional knowledge, and proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions.

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Customer Voice, Field Service).
</li>
<li>
Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, and Fit-Gap analysis with business stakeholders.
</li>
<li>
Configure workflows, business rules, security roles, Power Automate flows, and data models.
</li>
<li>
Customize CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, TypeScript, Power FX, and plugins.
</li>
<li>
Develop and deploy Power Apps (Canvas &amp; Model-Driven) and extend CRM functionalities.
</li>
<li>
Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications (payment gateways, portals, AI solutions).
</li>
<li>
Design and manage REST/OData APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, and cloud-native extensions.
</li>
<li>
Oversee DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for build and release management.
</li>
<li>
Implement data migration and ETL processes (SSIS, Data Factory, Data Export Service).
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance with GDPR, security best practices, and governance policies.
</li>
<li>
Support user adoption, training, and change management programs.
</li>
<li>
Lead projects using Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
</li>
</ul>

<h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>
14+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE &amp; Power Platform.
</li>
<li>
Proven expertise in solution architecture, CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Voice, Field Service).
</li>
<li>
Skilled in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
</li>
<li>
Proficient in cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Functions, Service Mesh).
</li>
<li>
Strong experience in API integration, DevOps, and data migration.
</li>
<li>
Excellent stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and project delivery skills.
</li>
</ul>
