Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support Trainee to support our day-to-day business operations. This part-time, entry-level role focuses on maintaining digital file systems, managing documentation workflows, and ensuring clear internal communication. The ideal candidate is an autonomous worker who handles routine clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Compensation, Commitment &amp; Timeline

Weekly Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (Part-Time / Flexible scheduling with a requested 3-hour daily overlap with US Eastern Standard Time / EST).

Key Responsibilities
<ul>

Data Entry &amp; Records Management: Input, update, and maintain company databases, ensuring all electronic files and client records are accurately cataloged.

Inbox &amp; Correspondence Support: Monitor general company email inboxes, flag time-sensitive inquiries, and draft routine correspondence or email replies.
</li>
<li>
Calendar Coordination: Schedule internal meetings, confirm appointments with external stakeholders, and keep team calendars updated.
</li>
<li>
Document Preparation: Assist in proofreading, formatting, and distributing basic reports, invoices, memos, or meeting minutes.
</li>
<li>
Operational Tasks: Place orders for necessary software licenses or virtual tools and complete minor administrative projects as assigned.

Qualifications &amp; Skills

Profile Requirement: An active LinkedIn profile is required for internal communication verification.

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of digital office ecosystems, specifically Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage data tracking and documentation accurately without frequent supervision.
