<p>The <b>Leader – M&amp;A (Middle East)</b> will be responsible for <b>setting up, growing, and leading the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Transaction Support practice</b> across the Middle East. This entrepreneurial role requires a visionary leader who can:</p>
<ul>
<li>Establish and scale advisory service offerings in the region</li>
<li>Lead FDD engagements end-to-end</li>
<li>Build and nurture client relationships</li>
<li>Drive strategic expansion beyond Dubai</li>
<li>Develop partnerships with institutional investors including PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family offices</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a high-impact leadership position with a focus on <b>innovation, growth, and market expansion</b>.</p>
<h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<h3><b>1. Financial Due Diligence Leadership</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and oversee FDD engagements from start to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, historic performance, cash flows, and accounting practices.</li>
<li>Identify financial and operational risks including profitability drivers, working capital issues, and deal breakers.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (legal, tax, operations) to deliver comprehensive due diligence insights.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>2. Client Engagement &amp; Relationship Management</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on due diligence and transaction matters.</li>
<li>Understand client objectives, transaction goals, and specific diligence requirements.</li>
<li>Present findings, insights, and recommendations through reports, presentations, and discussions.</li>
<li>Anticipate client needs and deliver value-added solutions that elevate the client experience.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>3. Business Development &amp; Growth Strategy</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.</li>
<li>Develop proposals and presentations aligned with market trends and client expectations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives to expand service offerings and market presence.</li>
<li>Track business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to achieve growth targets.</li>
</ul>
<h3><b>4. Team Leadership &amp; Talent Development</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and guide a team of FDD professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.</li>
<li>Delegate responsibilities effectively and optimize team capabilities.</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and support career progression.</li>
<li>Encourage knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the team.</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>Must Have</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><b>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)</b></li>
<li><b>&nbsp;15–20 years</b><span style="font-weight: 300;"> of experience in </span>Financial Due Diligence / M&amp;A / Transaction Advisory<b> Services.</b></li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to mentor and lead teams</li>
<li>Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities</li>
<li>Proficiency in <b>Microsoft Office</b></li>
<li>Experience managing a team of <b>10–15 professionals</b></li>
<li>Ability to manage team-level P&amp;L independently</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder and client management skills.</li>
<li>
<div><b>Local candidates residing in UAE / Middle East andwith strong&nbsp; Middle East FDD/M&amp;A consultancy experience are mandatory.</b></div>
