<div>We’re looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead HR strategy across our European manufacturing operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and support a positive, compliant, and engaging work culture.</div>

<div><b>What You’ll Do</b></div>
<div><b>HR Strategy &amp; Leadership</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Partner with leadership to shape and deliver HR strategies across Germany and Europe.</li>
<li>Advise on workforce planning, organizational design, and people development.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Employee Relations &amp; Compliance</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR policies and practices follow German and European labor laws.</li>
<li>Support restructuring, policy updates, and workforce changes.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Talent &amp; Team Management</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention for manufacturing and support teams.</li>
<li>Plan for future workforce needs and succession.</li>
<li>Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Performance &amp; Development</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Manage performance reviews and talent development programs.</li>
<li>Launch employee engagement initiatives and act on feedback.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Change &amp; Projects</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Support business changes like restructuring or new setups.</li>
<li>Lead HR projects including system upgrades and policy harmonization.</li>
</ul>
<div><b>What We’re Looking For</b></div>
<ul>
<li>12–18 years of HR experience, with 7+ years in senior HRBP roles.</li>
<li>Strong background in manufacturing and managing large teams.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of German labor law and European employment practices.</li>
<li>Fluent in German and English.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior leadership.</li>
<li>Skilled in talent management, organizational development, and change programs.</li>
