As a Business Analyst Intern you'll work directly with stakeholders and project teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements, help deliver analytical insights, and support solution delivery on-site in Australia.</p>
<h3>Role &amp; Responsibilities</h3>

<li>Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements and user stories for small-to-medium projects.</li>
<li>Analyze datasets using SQL and Excel to produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards that inform decisions.</li>
<li>Create data visualisations and presentation-ready materials (Power BI/Tableau or Excel) for stakeholders and project sponsors.</li>
<li>Support testing activities: prepare test cases, perform data validation, and track defects until resolution.</li>
<li>Collaborate within Agile teams—participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective activities.</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation (process flows, business rules, requirement traceability) and handover artifacts for implementation teams.</li>

<h3>Skills &amp; Qualifications</h3>
<p><b>Must-Have</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.</li>
<li>Hands-on proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and basic SQL query skills for extracting and analysing data.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting findings to peers or academic groups.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau and basic dashboard-building experience.</li>
<li>Exposure to Agile delivery, user-story writing, or requirements-management tools (Jira, Confluence).</li>
<li>Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, reporting, or stakeholder-facing roles.</li>
