About The UnfAIr Advantage
The UnfAIr Advantage is an AI-first learning and implementation company helping professionals, founders, and aspiring builders become highly effective AI implementers. We help people move beyond simply learning about AI to actually building, implementing, and shipping real AI products, systems, and businesses. Our programs include live AI learning cohorts, AI implementation for organisations, and corporate/team training.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Executive / Closer / Admissions Officer who can confidently handle qualified prospects, understand their goals, identify the right program fit, and convert opportunities into enrollments. This is not a high-volume telecalling role.
You’ll be responsible for having meaningful sales conversations with professionals, founders, and aspiring AI builders, understanding their challenges, handling objections, following up consistently, and helping qualified prospects make informed decisions. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, target-oriented, disciplined with follow-ups, and comfortable selling a premium learning or transformation-focused offering.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled sales and admissions calls with qualified leads.

Understand the prospect’s background, goals, challenges, urgency, and expectations.

Clearly explain The UnfAIr Advantage programs, outcomes, learning experience, and value proposition.

Identify whether the prospect is a suitable fit for the program.

Handle objections around pricing, time commitment, career relevance, family concerns, competition, and ROI.

Guide prospects through the decision-making process without being overly pushy or scripted.

Follow up consistently with interested and undecided prospects.

Maintain accurate lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, and next steps in the CRM/tracker.

Ensure no qualified opportunity is lost due to poor or delayed follow-up.

Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth lead handoffs.

Share feedback on lead quality, objections, messaging, and sales conversations.

Continuously improve sales scripts, objection handling, and conversion processes.

Work towards individual and team-level sales and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

2-3+ years of experience in sales closing, admissions, inside sales, counselling, or a similar role.

Experience selling education, coaching, training, SaaS, consulting, or other premium services is preferred.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Strong listening and questioning ability.

Ability to understand a prospect before pitching a solution.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Confident on calls without sounding aggressive, scripted, or robotic.

Strong follow-up discipline and ownership.

Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Experience using a CRM, lead management system, or structured sales tracker.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

High coachability and willingness to continuously improve.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

Enjoy having real conversations rather than simply following a sales script.

Can create trust quickly with different types of prospects.

Know how to ask the right questions before making an offer.

Can explain complex ideas in simple language.

Stay persistent without becoming pushy.
